Founder and Personal Trainer

Eric grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago where he played many sports growing up. Eric’s passion for fitness started in a high school gym class, and he has been hooked on the benefits of exercise ever since. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship. After three years in a corporate work environment, Eric realized that he wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and transitioned into the role of Personal Trainer. Since entering the fitness industry, Eric saw success early on and earned top trainer awards at one of Chicago’s best health clubs. Eric is also passionate about entrepreneurship, and it felt natural to take the next step and open a personal training business. Eric has several years of personal training experience, and he holds certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), USA Weightlifting, Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), and CrossFit (CF-L1). He enjoys bringing fitness to all levels and looks forward to customizing a program to meet your goals, needs, and schedule.

Eric provides in-home personal training for clients in the greater Chicago area, including Evanston, West Loop, Lincoln Park, Streeterville, River North, Lake Forest, Winnetka, Glencoe, Wilmette, Glenview, and Highland Park.

Bianca St. Georges - Chicago Fitness Trainer

Certified Personal Trainer

Chicago’s very own Red Star! Bianca is a professional soccer player for the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University, and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). 

Bianca was raised in Montreal, and is fluent in both French and English. She has a very unique vantage point on exercise because she currently trains at the highest level, and she incorporates the latest technology and recovery techniques in her sessions. Bianca became a personal trainer to inspire the next generation through private coaching, and she enjoys working with all fitness levels and goals. Bianca understands how important exercise is to live a healthy life, and is committed to help anyone that’s willing to make exercising a habit.

Chris Hux

Doctor of Physical Therapy and Personal Trainer

Dr. Christopher Hux has been a physical therapist since 2014, and earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of North Florida. Chris helps his clients develop a holistic physical therapy treatment plan that focuses on their mental and physical wellbeing, based on the techniques he has learned over the years. Chris can treat a variety of injuries, and he enjoys helping his clients achieve pain free lives. He works with clients one-on-one in the Chicago and North Shore area. He also provides virtual physical therapy appointments.

Chris lives in Chicago with his wife, Marnell. He is an active runner and enjoys other outdoor activities, such as golf and tennis.

Amanda Izquierdo

Registered Dietitian (RD) and Nutritionist

Amanda is a licensed registered dietitian and nutrition educator who
specializes in helping busy people build long-term healthy eating habits. She knows
there is a lot of confusion about the latest food and nutrition recommendations and is
passionate about helping others create eating habits that work for their unique life.
Amanda believes all foods fit and that there are simple ways to start eating healthier
today, without giving up the foods you love.

Amanda earned a Master of Public Health in Nutritional Services from the University of
Michigan and completed her clinical training at Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital. She
spent a summer supporting the Michigan Athletics Performance Nutrition team and
applies her understanding of optimal nutrition for athletes to build successful fueling and
hydration programs for all levels of fitness and health.

Originally from the western suburbs of Chicago, Amanda lives in Lakeview and loves
spending time cooking in her kitchen and enjoying the lakefront path. She spends her
free time writing about health & nutrition and has been featured in InStyle, HuffPost and
INSIDER.
