Small Group Personal Training in Chicago

How it Works

Need a little extra motivation from a friend or other group members? Our programs are for groups of two to six people. They include everything a one-on-one session does, but at a fraction of the cost. Workouts can be performed in your home, outdoors, and at residential gyms. Our trainers will meet you anywhere in Chicago and the North Shore area. Our group programs are performed 2x/week, and are billed every six weeks. Small group training is great for people who want to workout with a friend, or meet new people with similar goals. We design our programs to the goals of the group (fat loss, muscle gain, etc.). We have almost a hundred pieces of exercise equipment that we bring to you to keep the workouts fresh and engaging. Groups are limited to six people so that everyone can receive individual attention.
