Top-Notch Equipment

Our Evanston personal training studio is a perfect setup for 1-on-1 training and small group fitness classes. We use a variety of the top exercise equipment brands to keep workouts varied and fresh. These include kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, suspension trainers, racks, adjustable benches, cardio equipment, and much more. Our equipment is cleaned before every session to ensure we’re following Covid-19 guidelines.

Whether you are training 1-on-1 or in a small group fitness class, our fitness studio has a comfortable and boutique feel to it. Our personal trainers ensure your workouts are customized to your specific goals, and that you are maximizing your time in the gym.

Amenities

Our workouts last an hour, but sometimes our clients like to hang around for a bit longer in our lounge and kitchen area (for good reason!). We offer complimentary coffee, fruit, wi-fi, and massage guns. We have additional refreshments such as protein drinks, Gatorade, and pre-workout boosters. We also have an onsite shower and bathroom with towels for those early risers who like to workout before heading to work.
